The Lieblong Eye Clinic is reopening by appointment only due to Covid-19. Our procedures for the immediate future are detailed below;

-As stated, we are open by appointment only. Please call us at (479) 968-2020

-We are adhering to all State suggested social distancing measures to keep our employees and patients safe.

-Patients coming to their appointment must wear a mask and come alone unless they REQUIRE additional assistance. In which case we ask only one additional person come with you.

-No children at this time outside of scheduled appointments.

-When coming to your appointment please remain in your vehicle and call us to let us know you are here.

-When you arrive, we will be taking your temperature and filling out a questionnaire. We are taking these precautions as required by the Optometric State board to ensure the protection of everyone.
